Pulp Riot Social Media Masterclass & Photography with Kait Perez

Social media as we know it has been around for almost 2 decades. Weird right? We’ve seen platforms like Vine, Myspace, Friendster, and (our lowkey favorite) Makeout Club come and go. In the rapid pace of the society we live in now, TikTok and Instagram rule the roost. Even for avid users of these sites, the ever-changing landscape, updates, and trends can be overwhelming. For stylists, colorists, assistants, and barbers working in the hair industry, doubly so. SalonCentric Education will be presenting a social media and photography master class featuring Pulp Riot educator Kait Perez, known as @kaitlyn_bridget on IG to demystify social media in a concise and easy-to-understand way. She is an accomplished colorist and has her own deep-dive education courses available on her website. Kait also boasts a significant reach of her own, with close to 8K followers and amazing pictures of her work like this.

The virtual class will be held Monday, October 23, 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (EST) via Zoom. Topics covered include successful branding, building clientele and growing followers on Instagram/TikTok, when to post, community engagement, hashtagging, and essential tips with photography to grow your confidence.
