Open Mic Night Bishops Denville
Join Bishops Denville on January 11th for an open mic night benefit for friends of the shop, The Kosco family.
“On October 8th, 2019, The Kosco family of Montville, was told that Jason has Philedelphia Chromosome Positive Acute Lymhoblastic Leukemia (PH+ALL). Jason was transported to Morristown Medical Center for immediate treatment. Over the course of his 30 day stay, Jason endured two aggressive rounds of chemo, multiple spinal taps and a bone marrow biopsy. Now that Jason is home with his wife and two young children, he will return to the hospital every 3 weeks for a minimum of 6 months for aggressive chemo treatments. On November 12, 2019, The Koscos were hit with another curveball when they were informed that their insurance has a 12-month waiting period clause for any cancer treatment payouts. NONE OF THE MEDICAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH JASON’S LEUKEMIA TREATMENT WILL BE COVERED. All proceeds from the sale of the “ Jason’s Warriors” wristbands will go towards the overwhelming medical expenses required to help Jason fight his battle against Leukemia.”
The open mic night starts at 8pm Saturday night with suggested $5 cover donations going directly to the Koscos.
Direct funds can be donated directly here to the Kosco family: Gofundme.com/jasonswarriors
