Bishops and Foster Source Team Up Again

Bishops and Foster Source are teaming up to offer all Colorado foster parents and their children (both biological and in care) 50% off hair cuts in the month of November! We want to thank you for your hard work caring for our most vulnerable children. So whether you need a hair trim, a haircut, have curly hair, straight hair, blonde hair or black– one of the many talented hair stylists at the participating Colorado locations will be able to help you and your kids out!

Across the US, approximately 50 kids enter foster care every hour. Being a foster parent is extremely rewarding, but it doesn’t come without challenges. Many new foster parents give-up within the first two years because they find themselves too overwhelmed and unprepared to raise a child from a traumatic background. This causes a severe shortage of foster parents in America, leaving vulnerable children without a stable home environment they need. Foster Source’s mission is to provide relevant training, resources and support to foster parents from a trauma-informed approach, giving them the skills and confidence to spark healing in vulnerable children. The Bishops across Colorado are proud to help this important organization.
