Great Little Feature from Buckeye Lifestyle Magazine
Kelly Wurztman, owner of the two Bishops Cuts/Color located in Columbus, recently had a spotlight in Buckeye Lifestyle Magazine. Buckeye Lifestyle Magazine highlights events, businesses and news in Columbus that centers around women. NBC 4 in Columbus then sat down with Jasmin Tucker, editor at Buckeye Lifestyle Magazine and Short North and Clintonville store owner, Kelly Wurtzman to discuss Bishops Cuts/Color and makes it unique. As a woman-owned barbershop and gender neutral hair salon fairly new to the new to the area, Jasmin Tucker felt like our little humble establishment and Kelly merited not only a highlight in the magazine, but a feature on the morning lifestyle segment. Listen to all the nice things they said about us in the video below. Good job, team and we’re so proud of you, Kelly!
Bringing old school barbershops back in style– for men and women– with the quality of an upscale salon, Bishops Cuts/Color has created our own niche in the beauty industry. Every location is unique, with a one-of-a-kind mural from a local artist, but what remains consistent from store to store are our values. We take pride in fostering an environment for our staff and patrons that is safe, comforting, fun, and most important, judgement-free. We also don’t think a quality haircut should break the bank. With out a-la-carte pricing, you’ll look and feel good for a fraction of what you’d pay at some stuffy, pretentious, and sterile salon.
