27 Talks interview with Sami Sue
Amber Pope, stylist/owner/creative director at Salon 27 in Chandler, AZ, recently caught up with Willo shop manager Sami Sue for her 27 Talks Youtube show. The pair, who first met at a Wella TrendVision Awards show several years ago, first discuss some of the challenges posed in a post-covid19 closure for the hair industry at large. Both shared the strangeness of not being able to make emotional impacts in folks lives from being behind the chair and also the inability to practice their craft as a daily habit. The show ends with 7 questions posed to Sami ranging from her favorite BTC technique (hand painting) to favorite style icon (Rita Hayworth) to folks she looks up in the industry (Larissa Love, Presley Poe).
