One Million Nomads Project at Issaquah
Get ten dollars back in Bishops Bucks for every ten dollars donated to the One Million Nomads Project. Together with One Million Tampons and Windwalkers the Nomad Project, Bishops Cuts/Color Issaquah is raising awareness and making necessities like personal hygiene products and education accessible to everyone, in a judgement free safe zone. On top of offering the “give $10 and get $10” in Bishops Bucks campaign, the gender neutral hair salon in Issaquah will be as accepting donations in-store for non-perishable food, gently used clothing, bottled water, and hygiene products such as pads, tampons, menstrual cups, hand sanitizer, etc. This kicks off February 3rd and will be valid through March 3rd at the Bishops Cuts/Color Issaquah location only.
Teens, women, trans males, and gender non-binary people make up half the human population; they all menstruate, but not everyone can afford the products they need for proper healthcare. One Million Tampons is on a mission to ensure all PEOPLE have access to the hygiene products they need, including tampons, maxi pads, sanitary wipes, and other monthly essentials. Bishops Cuts/Color is honored to team up with this organization and do our part. So buy a box of tampons and get your damn hair cut, Issaquah!
Our gender neutral hair salon is located @ 1620 Gilman Blvd. #A2, Issaquah, WA 98027
