Molly Wellman Loves Bishops

Molly Wellman, a Cincinnati native and business woman with great hair became a Bishops Cuts/Color Clifton Heights client in July, 2018 when she walked through the front door desperate for a hair cut.  Molly immediately fell in love with the shop, especially because she can walk in at any time without an appointment and get anything from her bangs trimmed to full on color.  As an extremely busy bar owner and mixologist, she was frustrated that hair services at most quality salons always required an appointment weeks in advance. And for Molly, nothing was more frustrating than scheduling an appointment, something coming up leaving her to spend time canceling the appointment, then trying to find another time that might work, then canceling again because something came up, and on and on.  At Bishops Cuts/Color where walk-ins are always welcome, Molly was able to avoid all of that and still receive quality hair services.

Molly Wellman is a self taught mixologist in Cincinnati, Ohio. Studying the history and proper preparation from books, Molly has immersed herself in the knowledge of classic cocktails and fine spirits. Using classic cocktails as a base, she creates new and innovative drinks that contain simple syrups, bitters, liquors and fresh juices she makes herself. Molly has worked at many hot-spot restaurants and popular bars throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. She is now owner of Japp’s Since 1879, a Queen City mainstay in Over The Rhine.
