WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING FIXED?

Give us a call or message us and we will set up an appointment for you at no additional cost. One of the things that we do differently at BISHOPS is that we have a 7-day guarantee, so if you decide you want something fixed, we’ll take care of it free of charge.

WHAT IF MY COLOR SEEMS A LITTLE OFF?

We want you to love your hair! If you are not loving the color service you received, please give us a call and ask for our manager. We will get you set up with an appointment at no additional cost if you contact us within 7 days of the initial service.

WHAT WILL MY CUT / COLOR COST?

Please note that the prices listed are starting points as it is impossible for us to give you an exact price quote without seeing your hair. If you are looking for an exact quote, we encourage you to schedule a Free Color Consultation appointment.

Absolutely. You can request any of our expert and experienced stylists to perform any of the hair services BISHOPS provides.

We are. All BISHOPS locations are owned and operated locally.

WE TAKE CASH, APPLE PAY, AND CREDIT CARDS, LIKE VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, AND DISCOVER.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds on services provided.

DO YOU TAKE WALK INS? SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

Yes, we take walk-ins when Stylist availability allows. We encourage you to book an appointment in advance or by calling the shop.

CAN I REQUEST A SILENT APPOINTMENT?

Absolutely! Just let us know when you check in or let your Stylist know when you sit down in their chair.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We realize that life happens and that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you provide us with as much advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Some appointments do require a deposit, and depending on when you cancel, we’ll need to discuss this together.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SHORT CUT AND A LONG CUT?

We base our haircuts on the length of your hair and not on your gender identification.

Is your hair above your earlobes? If so, you should book a short cut.

Does your hair fall below your earlobes? If so, you should book a long cut.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A K18 TREATMENT AND A DEEP CONDITIONING SERVICE?

K18 is a molecular treatment designed to repair the hair at its deepest level.

A Deep Conditioning service is intended to bring moisture to the hair and help to make it more manageable.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BALAYAGE AND A HIGHLIGHT SERVICE?

A Balayage is a service during which the Stylist hand paints surface highlights for a soft and natural look.

A Highlight/Lowlight Service utilizes more traditional foiled highlights for a bolder and brighter look.

DO YOU DO HOT TOWEL TREATMENTS?

WE DO! A HOT TOWEL IS INCLUDED WITH ALL HAIRCUT AND BEARD GROOMING SERVICES AND OF COURSE IF YOU EVER REQUESTED A HOT TOWEL, WE WOULD PROVIDE YOU ONE.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD-ON SERVICES?

NOT A PROBLEM. WE CAN ALMOST ALWAYS ADD A SHAMPOO, DEEP CONDITIONER, BEARD TRIM, NECK TRIM, LINE DESIGN, OR ANYTHING YOU WANT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
