Lowry Location Works With Artist Kiri Leigh Jones
Every Bishops location is unique and includes a one-of-a-kind mural from an artist from the community. The Bishops Lowry shop worked with artist Kiri Leigh Jones to transform the blank wall into a mandala-inspired mural. A lot of thought went into the project, which is no doubt recognizable in the finished product.
According to Jones, mandalas represent wholeness. They are a cosmic diagram meant to remind us of our relations to infinity, and that extending beyond our bodies and minds. Mandala translates to “circle”, and its circular design symbolizes the never-ending life.
Bishops Cut/Color loves celebrating differences. We are unapologetically ourselves and we encourage others to do the same with haircuts and color. Do you need to express yourself with a new haircut? Maybe you’re on the lookout for a hair stylist for curly hair? Come say “Hi,” see the artwork IRL (it’s definitely Instagram content worthy), and we’ll take care of you!
