Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: November 8, 2024
Head to Toe Brands L.L.C. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including but not limited to Bishops Cuts/Color, Frenchies Modern Nail Care, and The Lash Lounge (“Head to Toe Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respect your privacy rights and provide individuals with the ability to request deletion of their Personal Information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
This page explains how individuals may request deletion of Personal Information collected through our websites, platforms, point-of-sale systems, scheduling systems, and related services, including Zenoti.
Who May Request Data Deletion
Any individual whose Personal Information has been collected or processed by Head to Toe Brands through our websites, appointment booking systems, customer profiles, marketing communications, or other business interactions may request deletion of their Personal Information.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your Personal Information, please submit a request by email.

Please include your full name and the email address and/or phone number associated with your records. If known, also include the brand and location you interacted with to help us process your request efficiently.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
After we receive your request, we will verify your identity to protect your information. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information from our systems, including Zenoti, unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.
Deletion Limitations
Certain information may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form. Financial or transactional records may be retained when required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Once Personal Information has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Children’s Data
Head to Toe Brands does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law). If we become aware that Personal Information from a child has been collected, we will delete it promptly upon verification. Requests may be submitted to privacy@httbrands.com.
