Once you are notified by a member of the Operations team that this is approved, please update the language for automated messages (booked by business and booked online by client – you will need to make sure both email and SMS tabs are changed) to reflect the new cancellation policy. Please then notify Ashley that the automated messages have been updated and Ashley will update the cancellation policy in your system.
